1. Nature of Service:

MDPN provides instant access to a categorized database of digital product ideas. Users create an account and subscribe to a plan (including a free tier with limited access) to use the service.

2. User Accounts:

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Sharing account access is strictly prohibited and may result in termination.

3. Subscription & Payment:

• Subscriptions are managed via Stripe.

• You will be charged based on the plan you select.

• Because access to our entire digital database is granted instantly upon payment, no refunds are offered under any circumstances.

• Access is only granted to those with an active membership. Your access will be immediately revoked if you cancel your subscription or we are unable to process your payment.

• A free tier is available with limited content access (3–5 ideas per category). This provides a fair and clear preview of the type and quality of content available in our paid tiers. If the free content is not a fit for you, the paid content will not be either.

4. Intellectual Property:

• All content within MDPN is the property of the creators of Make Digital Products Now and The CognoZen Method.

• You may not redistribute, sell, or reuse this content in any form.

5. Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Modification of Terms:

We may update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.

7. Earnings Disclaimer: We do not guarantee any specific financial outcomes, including sales or profits, from using our platform or content. Any success you achieve is based on your own effort, decisions, and actions. The digital product ideas and strategies shared through MDPN are for informational and educational purposes only.
